Overview

The scope of this project involved the replacement of two cooling towers situated on the rooftop of a 19-story, 363,723 square foot building located in downtown Sacramento. The towers were methodically removed and replaced in sections. Additionally, new condenser water piping was installed, seamlessly connecting to the new cooling towers. As part of the upgrade, a state-of-the-art cooling tower sweeper system was also installed and effectively linked to the new cooling towers.
