Mechanical Systems Upgrade
The project encompassed a comprehensive mechanical upgrade of a four-story state building. The upgrade involved the installation of new rooftop units, as well as new Variable Air Volume (VAV) and ducting systems on each floor. Furthermore, updates were made to the chilled and hot water piping systems, along with the implementation of new Direct Digital Control (DDC) controls and air balancing measures. The aim of the project was to modernize and optimize the building's mechanical infrastructure for improved efficiency and comfort.
