Overview

The project involved the removal of two existing 250-ton chillers located in the mechanical room at the penthouse level. Simultaneously, two new 250-ton chillers were installed, along with the necessary chilled and condenser water piping. The scope of the project also included electrical and control system upgrades to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the new chillers.
