Overview

The project involved the retrofitting of an existing college campus to upgrade its mechanical systems. The main focus was the installation of mechanical hybrid Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)/hot water units, along with the necessary associated ducting, refrigerant piping, and hot water piping. Additionally, updates were made to several plumbing systems throughout the campus, including the plumbing for a new lab classroom. The project aimed to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the college campus's mechanical and plumbing infrastructure.
