Overview

The project focused on constructing two service garages for the city of Truckee from the ground up. The key installations included new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) mechanical systems, encompassing refrigerant piping and new ducting. In addition, large radiant heaters were installed in the shop areas for effective heating. Furthermore, a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) system was implemented to enable comprehensive control and management of the mechanical systems.
